My Mat My Mantra, LLC accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through the company website (www.mymatmymantra.com) as long as the returned product has not been opened and is in the original packaging. For a refund, the original packing slip and invoice must be returned along with the product within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be made in the original form of payment. Please note that for credit to your credit card, it may take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your statement.
For products purchased at one of our retail partner stores, please refer to their return policy for guidance. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.
